Total of 8+ yrs of exp in Oracle and atleast 5+ in Oracle HRMS. Tech Architect experience in one or more of the following modules: CoreHR, OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) & OTL (Oracle Time & Labor). Rich experience in PLSQL. Hands on in HRMS conversion & Interfaces. Ability to provide technical guidance and assist team during 'Build through Cut-Over/Go-Live'. Experience in Oracle Reports & BI Publisher. Exposure to ADP Payroll has an added advantage. |
