Saviance Technologies has several opportunities for Lead Recruitment Services Consultants. Join a dynamic and collaborative team of enthusiastic, customer focused talent acquisition specialists who are supporting an amazing organization. The Lead Consultants will: • Provide overall strategic leadership and tactical direction on searches • Source, screen, and interview candidates for professional-level positions • Work with managers in all business units, assisting them in identifying job requirements, building sourcing strategies and recruitment planning • Conduct sourcing and recruiting assignments for mid-level or other positions, if needed • Assess and develop finalist candidate pools • Manage long term candidate networking relationships • Facilitate closes with candidates considered finalists • Lead strategic social networking and sourcing initiative in conjunction with recruitment branding • Interact with third party vendors, search firms, employment agencies, and places appropriate recruitment ads, links, blogs or notices with respective social networking sites, professional organizations and affiliations. • Source from referrals, recent new hires, trade journals, and other publications and associations • Maintain applicant files, appropriate records, and statistics; maintains job posting system • Collaborate with HR community and partners with outside social networking vendors to develop training, sourcing strategies and professional profiles for recruitment of a diverse pool of senior and executive talent • Develop evaluation tools to measure and improve program effectiveness • Serve as the primary liaison for numerous employment branding and social outreach opportunities, fostering positive relationships with key vendors, candidates and constituencies • Organize or assist in hosting a comprehensive calendar of activities designed to promote a workforce of inclusion while building a pipeline of outstanding diverse talent We seek strategic, results-oriented talent acquisition specialists with a minimum of ten years professional experience. Strong knowledge of social networking tools and recruitment management systems is essential. The successful candidate must have experience in identifying key internal and external constituents and developing consistent candidate pipelines. In addition, demonstrated experience in providing consulting services in the areas of strategic staffing and workforce planning is critical. Must be able to work independently to accomplish complex projects as well as collaborate as part of a close knit team. Strong negotiation skills are essential. Must be flexible to meet the changing demands of a complex organization.
