4-5 years of experience in IT staffing (contract staffing for external clients) NOT internal recruitments or permanent recruitments Experience in handling a team of 4-5 technical recruiters Hands on recruiting experience Team player proved previous track record Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to meet tough targets on a weekly basis structured approach to reporting inclination to sales and customer relationship management Must have own vehicle Must have worked with good companies for 2 years (must not be a job hopper) Prefer male candidates |
